This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Instant Loan Calc : Planner (“Application”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), regarding your use of the Instant Loan Calc : Planner mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

The Application, including all content, features, and intellectual property rights, is owned by Instant Loan Calc : Planner and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

➤ The Application does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice

➤ All calculations are estimates only

➤ We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any financial decision

➤ You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

➤ This app Survey Screens does not collect, store, or share any personal or user data.

5. Limitation of Liability :

➤ To the fullest extent permitted by law:

➤ We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Application

➤ This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption

➤ Use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.

6. Termination :

➤ This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

➤ We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application without prior notice if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.

7. Updates and Changes :

➤ We may update or modify the Application and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the revised Agreement.

8. Governing Law :

➤ This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Third-Party Services:

➤ The Application may include links or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
